• Invited speakers do not need to pay registration fee but please fill out this form to give your information.

• The deadline for early registration is July 15th, 2011. Prospective participants please fill in the registration form and send it to Mr. Zaikun Zhang by e-mail. On-site registration will also be accepted.

• Those who want to give a contributed talk, please give the title in the registration form and send the abstract (PDF file is required, and please attache the LaTex source file if you have) by e-mail to Mr. Zaikun Zhang before June 30th, 2011. Only contributions in English are acceptable.

• Please send your registration fee (listed below) in check payable to Ms. Ji-ping Wu (Zhong Guan Cun East Road 55, ICMSEC #314, Postbox 2719, Beijing, 100190, China) or transfer it to our conference account. Please inform Mr. Zaikun Zhang by email after you send the fee. We also accept payment in cash on the conference site (in that case, you will have to pay $250/$125 since it is after July 15th, even if your registration form is submitted earlier).

• The registration fee covers:
  • one banquet;
  • all lunches during the conference;
  • all dinners during the conference;
  • tea break refreshments;
  • other conference services.

• Please understand that only participants from mainland China are partly supported by NSFC (the National Natural Science Foundation of China).

• About the sightseeing: a city sightseeing tour of Beijing will be organized by the conference. The tour is free for all participants, and costs 15 US dollars for every accompanying person.
