Visa:

If you are not a Chinese passport holder, you may need a visa to come China. Please contact Ms Lin'aiyi Zhu to get an official invitation letter from Chinese Academy of China for visa application. The following information should be supplied:

• your full name (as given in your passport)
• your passport number
• date of birth
• your nationality
• the date that you will enter China
• the date that you will leave China
• the city (or name) of the nearest Chinese Embassy or Consulate (where you will apply for the visa)
• your full postala ddress (as we need to send the hard copy invitation letter to you)

Arrival in Beijing:

You can take a taxi from the airport to the hotel, or an airport bus(No.5th line to Zhongguancun station) from the airport to Bao Fu Si Bridge bus station, and walk to the hotel. It is about 100 Chinese Yuan for taking a taxi, or 16 Chinese Yuan for bus, from the airport to the hotel. Please keep your receipt for reimbursement.
