MOA2026 | Visa Application

Attendees should check the latest entry requirements for the People's Republic of China well in advance of the MOA2026.

Visa-Free Entry Policies

To facilitate international exchange, the Chinese government has implemented a unilateral visa-free policy for ordinary passport holders from many countries.

  • Key Policy: Eligible travelers can enter China without a visa for business, tourism, or transit for a stay of up to 30 days.

  • Official List of Countries: Please refer to the latest notices on the Chinese Consular Service website to confirm if your country is currently eligible for visa-free entry.

Visa Application Procedures

If you are not eligible for visa-free entry, you must apply for a visa (typically Category “L”) before your trip.

Important Reminders

  • Passport Validity: Your passport must be valid for at least 6 months beyond your intended stay and contain at least two blank pages.

  • Guidance: Consulting the nearest Chinese Embassy or Consulate for the most authoritative information.
