Registration

Registration is available online until June 8th, 2025. Please submit an Online Registration Form.
Since the maximum number of participants is 80, please register as soon as possible. Only if you receive an official confirmation email from the conference secretary, your registration is successful. Invited speakers do not need to make online registration.

Registration Fee

Regular participant: USD 300 (USD 400, if paid after June 8th, 2025)
Student participant: USD 150 (USD 200, if paid after June 8th, 2025)

Please understand that only participants from mainland China are partly supported by NSFC (the National Natural Science Foundation of China).

The registration fees can be sent in cash or check payable to Ms. Jin Chen.

The registration fee includes all the meals and a banquet during the conference. The conference meals and the conference banquet cost RMB 680 (USD 100 c.a.) for any accompanying person.

Accommodation

Our conference hotel is Harbin Jingu Hotel. For the security and convenience concern, we recommend all participants stay in the conference hotel.

Contributed Talks

We will accept up to 20 contributed talks in this conference. Each talk has 20 minutes including questions. The acceptance will be indicated in the confirmation email. The deadline for submitting the title and abstract is June 15th, 2025.
