Registration Information
- Due to various constraints, the maximum number of participants will be 80 (including the invited speakers!). Therefore, if you want to attend, please register as soon as possible.
- Prospective participants should send back a regristration form before July 15, 2013 to Dr. Xin Liu. Invited speakers are not required to make registration.
 Registration is closed.
- Those who want to contribute 20 minute talks please send the title and abstract (Latex file preferred) by e-mail to Dr. Xin Liu before July 31, 2013.
- Please send your registration fees (listed below) in check payable to Dr. Xin Liu (Zhong Guan Cun East Road 55, ICMSEC #510, Postbox: 2719, Beijing, 100190, China).

- Please understand that only participants from mainland China are partly supported by NSFC (the National Natural Science Foundation of China).
- The registration fee includes all the meals and a banquet during the conference. All these conference meals and the conference banquet cost RMB 800 (USD 130 c.a.) for any accompanying person.
- The registration fee includes an excursion to Changbai Mountain, which cost RMB 800 (USD 130 c.a.) for any accompanying person.
