Focusing on cutting-edge issues in computational mathematics and scientific computing motivated by theoretical and applied problems such as relativity and continuum mechanics equations, this conference will explore the latest international research progress in structure-preserving finite element methods and related areas. The conference will primarily center on fundamental and computational mathematics topics related to structure-preserving finite element methods, inspired by equations from relativity and continuum mechanics. The goal is to explore new research directions, develop novel theories, support the cultivation of outstanding mathematical talent, enhance the level of mathematical research in China, and strengthen the international academic communication and cooperation of the Academy of Mathematics and Systems Science and the Institute of Computational Mathematics and Scientific Engineering Computing.
