该目录下的 latex2html 包用于替换 RedHat Linux 的
tetex-latex 包中的 latex2html. 后者打了日文补丁因而不支持
中文. 需要先安装 tetex-latex, 然后用 'rpm --force ...'
强行替换相关文件.
