报告摘要：SCIP is a complete MIP solver and framework, with source code freely available
for academic use. It facilitate several LP solvers as subroutine, notably
SoPlex which is also available from ZIB. Zimpl is an algebraic modelling language,
which can be used to directly read models into SCIP.
In the talk the current status of the tools is described, some performance data
is given, and future developments are addressed. There will also some remarks on
benchmarking, implementation issues and the stability of MIP formulations.
