\begin{abstract}
    In this paper, we propose a three level Pseudospectral scheme
    with restraint operator to solve the periodic problem of fluid
    flow with low Mach number. The generalized stability of the
    scheme is analyzed and the convergence is proved. Numerical
    results are presented.
