fixed PDFLaTeX warnings on duplicate names

1. bugfix: don't load 'corners' font when \fboxradius=\z@
2. bugfix: always use \colorovalbox in 'colorboxed', which allows to
   top or bottom rule at page break.

Hack: undefine the named color 'everb@xxxx' (set corresponding cs to \relax)
before redefining it to avoid warnings from the 'color' package.
